Office Integration: Excel and PowerPoint
Users can now benefit from enhanced Office integration with the ability to import data from Report Services Documents (RSDs) directly into the modern Excel add-in, addressing a key functionality gap from the legacy add-in. This allows business analysts to continue importing, analyzing, and manipulating RSD data in Excel seamlessly.
Additionally, improved Office add-ins now support importing entire panel stacks into Excel and PowerPoint. Users can choose single panels, full panel stacks, or entire pages, with each panel imported as separate objects in Excel or slides in PowerPoint, enhancing usability and editing. These integrations ensure comprehensive data views and effective reporting.
